Favorite Paddle route:
in Morlaix's bay around an old castel (island) and lot of rockies islands

Favorite race:

Hoalen crossing (island Ouessant-portsall Brittany) very offshore race

I Started Paddling Because:

I 'm an old surfer who always paddling  a longboard on flat days... One day miracle !it's easier and faster on a real paddleboard! I really like to be alone at the ocean inside nature it's basic sport (biblic) with no superficial and crossing is the challenge

Best Paddling Experience to Date:
Quicksilver eyewear2007 San Sebastian-Cap breton 34 nautical milles. I cant believe i can paddling during near 12 hours! Big experience.

Favorite Thing About Paddling:
Getting way out alone. Watching the nose of my board opennig the glassy water

Thing I Hate Most About Paddling:

Delivery from California a broken unlimited Richmond paddleboard

What I Tell Myself to Motivate on Days I Just Don't Want to Paddle:

The best thing you have to do today is paddling. You are lucky living near the sea. Don't miss it!

iPods While Paddling: Godsend or Good Grief?
My favorite music and the ocean, it's new for me at long distance race and it's a more .

There's a Head High Swell on a Glassy Day. What do you do? Surf or Paddle
Surfing longboard is my first love ....

Paddling Season (which month to which month):

All over the year

Bright and early, or nightcap?

Early paddling before working on summer

Downwind paddle or wait for down winds (glassy):
I really like paddling on glassy so i can find in the Morlaix's bay the best spot

Thanks to PADDLEBOARD.COM making place of honor to a french paddler. I inform you I'll come to Califormia from 4/01/09 to 4/16/09 with my wife and my 3 daughters(15/14/9) for holydays(trip). I'll like meeting local paddler and his family for friendship and perhaps a paddleboadsession or surfsession. So,is there someone who can give me a good address for staying 4/5 days not so far from ocean and appreciated the Californian life. By advance thanks a lot! herve.lignieres@gmail.com /
