The 2025 South Bay Paddle

Another year of the most paddled route in the South Bay! The 15 mile (more like 14 mile) lap saw some early morning offshores switch to some quartering downwind at the buoy - with a healthy mix of some west swell unusual for this time of year. A good look at the field as Catalina classic training starts to ramp up.

The usual suspects were hammering out front - led by Jack Bark in the unlimited field. Davy Thomas brought home another stock win and Tiana Pugliese was again the first woman across the line. Thanks to the South Bay Boardriders for an awesome event!
